• What is the cellphone signal like outside the building? How many bars?

• If there is no signal outside the building then how far from the building is the nearest STABLE signal? How many bars? In this case, please send us a drawing indicating the relative positions and distances of the building, the reception area and the nearest cell phone tower

• Where exactly is the installation? Street address? GPS coordinates?

• How far is the installation from the nearest cell phone tower

• What is the frequency range of the nearest cellphone tower. Not all towers are activated to do Edge and 2G. Many towers are 900 MHz only. Check what the placard on the tower says:
  

• It will either be:

• GSM900MHz VOICE ONLY

• OR GSM900-1800MHz VOICE AND DATA

• OR GSM900-2500MHz VOICE, DATA AND 3G

• Does the building have a metal roof?

• How big is the coverage area? (+- the square metres).  Do you need coverage for inside of a building eg. home, business, etc or must coverage also include a larger outside area

• Is it one big room or multiple rooms? 

• Is it one level or multiple levels?

• How many modems and cell phones will be used on average?
